Cancelation & Refund

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible. For cancellation requests: If cancelled before shipping, a refund will be processed after deducting 5% transaction charges. If cancelled after processing but before dispatch, 10% processing charges will be deducted. If the shipping cost has already been borne by us, it will also be deducted from the refund. If cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges. Returns We accept returns only if: The outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, or The product is physically damaged upon receipt. Please report any such issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos for verification. Replacement Products are eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects or damage. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

 Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed via the original payment method within 15 working days. Items purchased on SALE will not be refundable.
